For those of you who are coming with plane.
There are 2 airports near Paris , "Roissy Charles de Gaulle" and "Orly"

A ) From ROISSY :

to get into Paris from Roissy you have the "RER" (a train , cheap and quick)
which will transport you quickly downtown. There you could take another RER
and access "Invalides" station which is 5mn from the convention place :

Station de RER Aeroport Charles de Gaulle

RER B : Direction: Saint-Remy-les-Chevreuse
de: Aeroport Charles de Gaulle 1 à : Saint-Michel Notre-Dame , 38 mn

You have to change there from RER B to RER C

Direction: Versailles-Rive Gauche
de: Saint-Michel Notre-Dame à : Invalides , 6 mn

B ) From ORLY :

Special train "Orlyval"

Direction: Antony
de: Orly-Ouest à : Antony , 8 mn

RER B :

Direction: Aeroport Charles de Gaulle
de: Antony à : Saint-Michel Notre-Dame , 17 mn

RER C :

Direction: Versailles-Rive Gauche
de: Saint-Michel Notre-Dame à : Invalides , 6 mn

FYI : "Invalides" is a RER C station AND a classical Metro (subway) station.
This means that if you are inside Paris it's really easy to jump in there.
