Here are the latest news...

We finally did not get our showroom free of charge via the Canadian Ambassad so we took
the decision to rent a nice one : http://www.maisondelachimie.com/ near
Invalide for the Friday 24 Octobre (so all the day not just the afternoon).
For the 25 we are still thinking about it but Jacques has already said
he can offer his (very nice) office (very near Paris, in Colombes). We are thinking
about some other common activities in Paris... Computer are not all the life !

We have now (almost finished) a dedicated inscription site written by Jacques
in pxForms http://212.180.60.34:82/ (be careful I guess still in test !)

We have now to precise the accomodations rules in particular for the european.
Our budget is limited so were are thinking (not yet decided) about "inviting" all the
european for the 24th night in the hotel we have selectionned (Hotel Muguet, a

We already have reserved 10 rooms (for the 24th) but we have to precise the specific other
dates quickly (FYI : 85 euros + 7,2 euros de petit déjeûner). The mix
"invitation"+"reservation"
is a little nightmare as you can imagine it.

I don't forget my invitation to you so I propose we could take in charge 2 nights
(Thirsday 23 and Friday 24) but of course we could arrange for you others dates if needed.
Could you tell me what would be good for you ?

Il faudrait un titre et un petit mémo sur chaque présentation.

J'envoie un mail à Vladimir et Dmitry (ou Dimitri je ne sais plus) en ce sens .

Je suppose que Côme fais de même avec Mike et si Régis peut le faire pour Egbert et autre ce serait parfait.

Pour la prise en charge des européens, je pense qu'on peut prendre en charge une nuit systématiquement pour tous les européens qui viennent et qui font une présentation (donc Egbert et en plus un ou 2 autres probablement) (et 2 nuits pour Mike pour respecter la parole de Côme, l'imprudent).

Oui, non seulement je peux attendre, mais j'y suis un peu obligé.

Toutefois, je propose la chose suivante :
Je confirmerai les réservations, à l'hôtel, nominativement, avec, pour chaque personne les nuits nécessaires, pour les nuits des jeudi et vendredi soir.
Je paierai, le samedi matin, pour toutes ces personnes, globalement. Les personnes qui doivent payer me rembourseront le samedi (je leur ferai une note).

Pour la nuit du samedi soir, je réserverai à l'hôtel, en précisant que chaque personne paiera sa nuit.

On fera plus tard le point sur le budget-convention.

Pour Egbert, je suis d'avis de prendre en charge la nuit du vendredi au samedi (pour lui).

De toutes façons, avec la procédure que je propose, on réserve d'abord, on détermine les invités ensuite.
