am very interested in the venue.

Please let me know where the meeting is held and
possibly a tentative schedule of events.

What about accomodation, any recommendations for overnighting?

Sorry for the delay in this answer, I'm on holiday just now (until 25 august) !

It would be great if you could join us in this occasion.
Yes we will prepare some suggestions for "accomodation".
Our current idea is to have everybody in one place.
We are looking for a nice place inside Paris.
We will communicate on this as soon as decisions are finalized.
